The Federal Neuro-Psychiatric Hospital (FNPH), Budo-Egba, today inaugurated its Performance Management System (PMS) Champion Staff. This is part of the hospital’s preparation for the PMS training starting on July 7, 2025.
The PMS is a new system introduced by the Federal Ministry of Health and Social Welfare to help improve staff performance, accountability, and service delivery in government hospitals.
The Champion Staff will help teach others about the system, guide the training, and support its smooth implementation within the hospital.
This development is in line with ongoing civil service reforms under the Federal Civil Service Strategy & Implementation Plan (FCSSIP 25), which has already seen PMS successfully adopted in many ministries and government agencies.
