Dr. Olorunfemi Joseph Ayoola, fondly referred to as "Deacon," is a distinguished Administrator whose career reflects unwavering dedication and excellence.

Dr. Ayoola was born in Isanlu Makutu, Yagba-East Local Government Area of Kogi State. Nigeria. and has an impressive educational background. He completed his secondary education at Federal Government College Sokoto in 1982. He earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc. Hons) degree from the University of Ilorin in 1989, an MBA from Bayero University, Kano in 1999, and a Master of Science (M.Sc.) from the University of Lagos in 2014.


 Dr. Ayoola capped his academic journey with a Doctoral degree (Ph.D.) in Business Administration from the University of Ilorin in 2021. His professional journey began in the private sector, where he honed his skills for eight years before transitioning to the health sector on November 1, 2005. Joining the hospital as a Senior Administrative Officer, Dr. Ayoola's exceptional leadership and strategic acumen saw him rise steadily through the ranks. He became the Director of Corporate Services on January 1, 2022, marking a significant milestone in his illustrious career. Dr. Ayoola has played pivotal roles in shaping the institution's growth, serving as the pioneering Head of the Training Unit, Personal Assistant to the second Medical Director, Dr. M. Y. Emiabata Jinadu, Head of the Human Resource Section, Head of the Department of Corporate Services, and the Hospital's Public Relations Officer. 

His contributions have been marked by resounding success in these roles, showcasing his aptitude for organizational excellence. Notably, he was the pioneering Chairman of the Integrated Payroll and Personnel Information System (IPPIS) Committee, Chairman of the Diesel Committee, and an active member of various investigative and strategic committees. Recognized for his leadership and expertise, Dr. Ayoola was recently appointed Pioneer Director of Administration at the Federal Neuro-Psychiatric Hospital (FNPH), Budo-Egba, Kwara State, by the Federal Ministry of Health and Social Welfare in a letter dated November 13, 2024. This appointment underscores his reputation as a committed professional whose impact resonates far beyond his immediate responsibilities.
 
Dr.Ayoola's career exemplifies the virtues of hard work, innovation, and unwavering commitment to excellence in public service. Dr. Olorunfemi Joseph Ayoola is happily married to an elegant and virtuous woman, Mrs. Gladys Modupe Ayoola. Together, they are blessed with children, enjoying a fulfilling family life.
