Duties:
Maintain Hospital’s software
applications.
Manage hardware and network
infrastructure.
Monitor cybersecurity measures and
respond to incidents.
Provide technical support to users.
Stay updated on technological
advancements and recommend upgrades.
Expand network infrastructure to
accommodate developmental growth within the system.
Develop tailored training plans for
different departments, considering their specific module and technology
requirements training.
Define clear and measurable training
objectives based on the identified needs.
Specify the key software applications,
hardware components, and computer skills that staff should master.
Manage institutions mail, and website.
Provide support on Multimedia Usage
during events and Presentation.
Ensure there is a dedicated IT support
team available to address any issues or questions that arise during the
training process.
